Our dried sausage from Auvergne is produced with ancestral know-how, seasoned with a carefully selected blend of spices, flavoured with a hint of garlic and dried for weeks at the foot of the volcanoes of Auvergne.

Keep refrigated between 0°C and +8°C.


Pork meat (origin: France), salt, lactose, dextrose, pepper, garlic, nutmeg, preservative: E252; ferments. 148 g meat used for 100 g finished product.
