This dried sausage has been produced at the foot of the volcanoes of Auvergne according to a traditional recipe based on French meats selected with care by our master butchers. Encased in natural gut, its special flavour so appreciated by connoisseurs is the result of the ancestral know-how of the Bell Master Butcher.

Store at a temperature below 18°C.
