Pepper Wraps

Wash the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small squares. Drain off the onions and slice them. Wash the rocket and drain it off. Warm the tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave or in a pan. Spread the cream and a thin layer of tomato pesto on the tortillas with a tablespoon. Add a slice of Pavé au Poivre and top with chopped tomatoes, onions and rocket. Grate Pecorino over all. Wrap the tortilla and cut it in two. Wrap in baking paper that you will remove before serving.
