Ham spinach tarte flambée

Brown the onions chopped into thin slices in olive oil and saute them with the spinach in a shallow pan for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Unroll the pastry on a baking paper. Spread  cream on the pastry and top it with the onion-spinach mixture. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes at 220 ° C on the bottom rack of the oven until it crisps. Remove from the oven, top with ham, pepper and serve immediately.
